Policy 01
Shipping policy.
We provide free shipping for all customer orders. If free shipping isn't showing at checkout for any reason, contact us and we'll make it right.
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and ship within 5–7 business days. Larger orders (10+ items) may take a bit longer to process.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking information.
Policy 02
Returns & refunds.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Start a return by emailing crescoigrow@gmail.com. If approved, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without first being approved cannot be accepted.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds post to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks may take additional time to display the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us — we'll track it down.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you actually want is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Non-returnable items
Some items can't be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Reach out if you're unsure about a specific item.

Damages & issues.
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos help us move quickly — attach them to your email when possible.
Policy 04
EU 14-day cooling off.
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. As above, items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Policy 05
Payments & checkout.
Checkout is processed securely through Shopify. Credit card information is encrypted in transit and never stored on our servers.
We accept all major credit cards as well as digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) where supported.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you'll be notified and refunded in full.
Policy 06
Privacy & your data.
We collect only the information needed to fulfill your order and improve your experience: name, shipping address, email, and order history. Payment data is handled directly by our payment processor and never touches our servers.
We don't sell your personal information. Email communications are limited to order updates and — if you opt-in — occasional letters from the Cresco team.
You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing crescoigrow@gmail.com.
Cookies are used for cart functionality, basic analytics, and remembering your preferences. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Terms of service.
Eligibility. By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or province, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to transmit malicious code, or to scrape or interfere with the site's normal operation.
Products. We try to display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee monitor color accuracy. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
Pricing. Prices may change without notice. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we'll contact you before fulfilling.
Liability. Cresco and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Frequently asked.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed in 3–5 business days and ship within 5–7. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.
How do I start a return?
Email crescoigrow@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send a return label and instructions if approved.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — including the EU, where the 14-day cooling off period applies. International transit times vary by destination.
My item arrived damaged. What now?
Email us within a few days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll evaluate and make it right — replacement, refund, or store credit.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can usually update or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Are sale items returnable?
No — sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
