Cresco ("Cresco", "we", "us") operates crescoigrow.com and the Cresco app — a personal growth agent that helps you reflect through AI conversation, self-discovery quizzes, and a living Growth Profile. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, health records, biometric data, or advertising identifiers.

Cresco's replies, Growth Profile, narrative refreshes and purpose statements are generated by third-party large language models. When you chat or complete a quiz, the relevant content (your messages, quiz answers and profile context) is sent through our AI gateway to the model provider to produce a response.

• Your content is used only to generate your response. AI providers are contractually prohibited from using it to train their models.
• We do not use your conversations to train any model, and no human reviews them except when you ask us for support or when required by law.
• AI can be wrong. Cresco is a reflection tool — not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, or crisis service. If you are in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services (in the US, call or text 988).

We never sell your personal information and never share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share data only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect someone's safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition (you would be notified first).

Honest reflection can touch on mental health, relationships, beliefs or other sensitive topics. We treat everything you write as sensitive: it is private to your account, protected by per-user access rules, and never used for advertising. You decide what to share — nothing is required to use Cresco.

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
• Row-level access rules so each account can only read its own data.
• Privileged access limited to a minimal set of systems and staff.
• If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and regulators as the law requires, generally within 72 hours of discovery.

Everyone, wherever you live, can:

• Access & export — download all your data from Profile → Privacy & data.
• Delete — delete individual conversations, all conversations, or your entire account in-app, anytime.
• Correct — edit your name in Profile, or email us.
• Withdraw consent / unsubscribe — use the link in any email.

EU/UK (GDPR): you also have rights to restrict or object to processing and to data portability, and may complain to your local data protection authority.

California (CCPA/CPRA) and other US states: you have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use sensitive information beyond providing the service. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and do not track you across other apps or websites.

Cresco is not intended for anyone under 16 (or the age of digital consent where you live). We do not knowingly collect children's data; if we learn we have, we delete it. Parents can contact crescoigrow@gmail.com.

We and our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

If we make material changes we will update the effective date and notify you by email or in-app before they take effect.
